Negotiable salaries (depending on experience - typically £35k-£65k) * Hybrid working (2 days in office) * All certifications and training covered - continual learning is encouraged * A genuine focus on work-life balance * A tight-knit team of engineers who love what they do and push each other to be better Technical Skills Strong Java experience (2+ years) * Hands-on with Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture * Experience across 3 or more of the following: AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, EKS, CloudFront, etc.) * Experience with CI/CD, Kafka, ELK stack, NoSQL, Spring Security, OAuth2, or front-end tech (React, React Native).
