We’re recruiting a Guest Experience Host (Customer Care) to take ownership of the dining experience and ensure every guest feels welcome, valued and well looked after.

This is a 100% guest-focused role. It’s about professionalism, pride in standards, and genuinely caring about the customer experience.

You will be a visible presence in our dining area and a key part of how customers experience our restaurant.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Welcoming customers confidently and professionally
• Supporting families and guests with specific needs
• Creating a calm, organised and welcoming dining environment
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the dining area and facilities
• Proactively engaging with guests and responding to feedback
• Working closely with managers to uphold customer satisfaction
