Construction Planner (Freelance) – Cardiff Location: Cardiff Job Type: Freelance Contract Duration: Approx. 12 Months Rate: Negotiable Daily Rate Start Date: Immediate Pro Staff Construction are looking for a Construction Planner to to join a construction contractor based in South Wales. They are looking for an experienced Freelance Planner to support the delivery of a large new-build construction project. Responsibilities: * Producing and maintaining construction programmes * Monitoring project progress and updating programmes * Working closely with site teams, project managers and commercial staff * Identifying programme risks and recommending solutions * Supporting the successful delivery of the project to programme Requirements: * Proven experience as a Construction Planner on large new-build projects * Strong programme management and planning skills * Experience using planning software such as Asta Powerproject or MS Project * Excellent communication and organisational skills If you’re available and interested, please apply now or contact Pro Staff Construction Ltd for more information
