About the role
Ashley Kate HR & Finance is partnering with a manufacturing organisation in Swansea to find an experienced HR Business Partner. This role involves acting as the on-site HR lead, managing day-to-day HR activities and aligning with group HR strategies.
Successful candidates will have a proven background in HR within manufacturing, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and demonstrate the ability to support managers effectively throughout the employee lifecycle.
