About the role
A Chartered Building Surveyor is required for a London-based consultancy position delivering professional Building Surveying and project services across commercial property assets. This is a Permanent, Full-time opportunity within an established multidisciplinary consultancy environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver dilapidations instructions for landlords and tenants
* Undertake technical due diligence surveys and reporting
* Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception to completion
* Act as Contract Administrator, Project Manager and Employer’s Agent
* Manage client relationships, project delivery programmes and mentor APC candidates
Requirements
* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
* MRICS qualified
* Minimum one year post-qualification consultancy experience
* Commercial Building Surveying, dilapidations and technical due diligence experience
* Working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts and a full UK driving licence
Salary & Package
* £50,000–£60,000 basic salary
* Annual bonus up to 10% of salary
