Multi-Skilled Engineer – Bellshill 📍 Location: Bellshill 💰 Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum 🚐 Company Van Included ⏰ Full-Time | Permanent The Opportunity We're recruiting for a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Bellshill and the surrounding area. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. * Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults across commercial buildings. * Maintain HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services systems. * Complete all maintenance records and job reports accurately. * Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety regulations. * Build strong working relationships with clients and site teams. About You * Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer within Facilities Management. * Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (preferred). * Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance. * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. * Full UK driving licence.
