Job Description:

Ensure smooth running and operations of the club on a day-to-day basis
Drive New Member Sales
Deliver Member Journey proposition through Fitness, Personal Training and Group Exercise Strategies
Recruit, Develop & Coach Team Members
Drive retention strategy for the business
Manage Profit and Loss for the club to deliver key stake holder returns
Passion for Fitness and Living The Brand
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
