PROJECT COORDINATOR
Location: Birmingham - Office Based
Salary: DOE (Dependent on Experience)
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Project Coordinator. This is a varied office-based role combining project coordination, administration, digital content management and the use of modern AI tools to support business operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, deadlines are met and business systems and online platforms are maintained effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor multiple projects from start to completion.
Manage project timelines, deadlines and action plans.
Liaise with internal teams, clients and suppliers.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
Assist with preparing quotations, pricing information and commercial documentation.
Manage and update website content.
Oversee and maintain the company LinkedIn presence and social media activity.
Utilise AI tools to support administration, research, content creation and process improvements.
Support business development and marketing activities.
Ensure accurate record keeping and organisation of project information.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Office Coordinator, Operations Coordinator or similar role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills with a professional approach.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital business systems.
Confident using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar tools.
Experience updating websites and managing LinkedIn or social media platforms would be advantageous.
Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail.
Positive, enthusiastic and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
