Head of Dilapidations

This is a Permanent, Full-time position leading a specialist commercial dilapidations service line with responsibility for technical delivery, client relationships, fee performance, and business development. Responsibilities * Lead commercial dilapidations instructions from strategy to settlement * Grow the specialist service line through business development and client management * Deliver fee targets while maintaining profitability and technical standards * Improve quality control, templates, and service delivery processes * Mentor surveyors and support wider Building Surveying consultancy services Requirements * MRICS qualified * Relevant degree or equivalent qualification * Strong Building Surveying background * Specialist commercial dilapidations consultancy experience * Proven client development, commercial management, and technical leadership capability Salary & Package * £100,000–£110,000 salary * £7,700 car allowance * 20% over-target bonus * Flexible and hybrid working * Private healthcare, pension, life assurance, and additional employee benefits 📩 Apply by submitting your CV or contact us directly for more information with no obligation
