Key Responsibilities: - Full end-to-end paraplanning support for financial advisers - Preparation of suitability reports and financial planning recommendations - Supporting advisers within a pod-based team structure - Managing client administration from initial instruction through to completion - Liaising with advisers and supporting client-facing work where required - Ensuring compliance and accuracy in all documentation and outputs - Supporting continuous improvement within the paraplanning function What We’re Looking For: - Experienced Paraplanner - Ideally Level 4 Diploma qualified (support provided for exams, not resits) - Financial services experience essential - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills - Confident working in a team-based, collaborative environment - Comfortable in a client-facing role when required - Must be a team player with a proactive attitude - Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (required or near completion) How to Apply: Interested?
