If you know how to build high-performing teams, coach people to success, and deliver outstanding sales results, this could be your next move. What You'll Do Lead, coach and motivate a team of BDMs. Drive new business revenue and exceed team targets. Run 1:1s, coaching sessions and performance reviews. Support your team to win and close new business. Monitor pipeline, KPIs and CRM performance. Create a high-energy, high-performance sales culture. What You'll Bring 2+ years' experience leading BDM or new business sales teams. Strong B2B sales background (SaaS or solution sales preferred). Proven success delivering revenue growth.
