A top US law firm seeking to recruit for its Corporate Restructuring team.

THE ROLE

This will involve handling a varied corporate restructuring workload within a small and close-knit team which collaborates closely with other departments in London, Europe and the US.

ABOUT YOU

A solicitor ideally with 1-3pqe restructuring experience gained in London or a similar common law jurisdiction,

With top academics, you will also have excellent experience in managing client relationships and the ability to assist clients on day-to-day issues.

Excellent written communication and drafting skills are also required as well as the ability to demonstrate initiativ
