This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive firm with a strong local reputation and a steady workflow of high-quality instructions. \n \nThe Role \nYou will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including: \n \n• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases \n• Remortgages \n• Transfers of equity \n• New build transactions \n• Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters \n \nYou will be supported by an experienced team and will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development and maintaining strong client relationships. \n \nKey Responsibilities \n• Running a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload independently \n• Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction \n• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders \n• Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with compliance requirements \n• Supporting the wider team where required \n \nAbout You \n• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer \n• Proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently \n• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload \n• Excellent communication and client care skills \n• A team player with a proactive and professional approach \n \nWhat’s on Offer \n• Competitive salary package \n• Supportive and friendly working environment \n• Hybrid/flexible working options (subject to role requirements) \n• Genuine opportunities for long-term career development \n \nHow to Apply: \n \n \neNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
