QC Team Leader Location: DUNDEE Full-Time | Permanent We are recruiting for an experienced QC Team Leader to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role will lead a team of QC Analysts, ensuring testing activities are completed efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the day-to-day QC laboratory operations Provide coaching, training, and technical guidance to the QC team Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and quality standards Review QC testing, investigations, CAPAs, SOPs, and change controls Support continuous improvement and laboratory efficiency initiatives Requirements Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related discipline Previous experience leading a QC team within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment Strong knowledge of GMP and laboratory compliance Experience with analytical testing and laboratory systems Strong communication and organisational skills Excellent opportunity to join a growing and collaborative manufacturing environment with strong career development potential.
