Role 2: Early Years SEND Support (Mixed Role) * The Role: Supporting a child with vision impairment and global developmental delay, alongside general room duties. * Requirements: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years. * Experience: Proven experience with SEND (EHCPs, vision impairment, or global delay is highly desirable). Your Core Responsibilities * Deliver fun, child-led learning experiences through imaginative play. * Adapt daily activities to meet individual sensory and developmental needs. * Complete routine observations, planning, and tracking. * Collaborate with the room team, SENCO, and external specialists.
