Handle tenancy queries, complaints, and disputes effectively. Carry out property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Coordinate with maintenance teams to address property issues promptly. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required. Support the team in implementing housing policies and procedures. Engage with local communities to promote tenant satisfaction and engagement.Profile A successful Housing Officer should have: Strong knowledge of housing regulations and property management practices.
