Project Manager

This role requires a skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver key initiatives within a faith-based charity in the not-for-profit sector. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Client Details The organisation is a medium-sized faith-based organisation within the not-for-profit sector, committed to delivering impactful programmes and services. Description Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet expectations and KPIs Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to address challenges. Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints. Ensure compliance with organisational and sector-specific regulations and standards. Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organisation. Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future improvements.Profile A successful Project Manager should have: A proven track record in managing complex projects within the not-for-profit sector. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders. Experience in budget management and resource allocation. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.Job Offer A fixed-term contract for 12 months, offering stability and focus on impactful projects.
