Property Litigation Associate: Hybrid & Varied Caseload

Capital Law Ltd is seeking an experienced property litigator to join its Disputes team in Cardiff. You will handle a varied caseload and advise on commercial landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues and strategic dispute resolution.

You will work independently with supervision on complex matters and contribute to business development. The role offers a flexible hybrid working model, with options to work from home or in the Cardiff office.
