What We Offer: * Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday * Pension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6% * Insurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover * Employee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets * Reward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements * Employee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders Your Role: · Operate large format printing machinery (Arizona, Colorado and Zund) with precision, adjusting settings and conducting tests to produce high-quality prints. · Manage the printing and cutting of materials efficiently, coordinating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. · Perform regular maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance, reducing downtime and minimising the risk of malfunctions. · Monitor stock levels of printing materials and supplies advising LM to order as necessary. · Maintain quality control measures throughout the printing process, ensuring that each print job meets or exceeds our quality standards. · Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, demonstrating politeness, respect, and effective communication with colleagues. What We’re Looking For: · Qualifications: Prior experience in a production role would be beneficial, or full training and ongoing development will be provideded · Experience: Strong attention to detail and computer literacy are essential. Must be willing to learn new skills. · Skills: A willingness to learn and develop expertise in large format printing and finishing machinery. Able to work under pressure with a positive attitude and be flexible when needed. A team player with good communication skills and a helpful, can-do approach to any task. * Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
