Payroll Manager

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with a VC backed SaaS firm who are looking to recruit an immediate, interim Payroll Manager for 3 months.

Role:

Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, interim Payroll Manager to join their finance team on a remote basis.

In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

• International payroll collation across 4 entities.
• Circa 200 people on the UK payroll, circa 100 people on payroll split across UK, Ireland, France & Germany
• Reviewing payroll and submitting to Deel (payroll provider)
• Internal query resolution internally but also with Deel
• Payroll journals
• Process improvement
• Payroll testing
• Compensation and equity processing: stock options and benefits

Profile:

Whilst this is a standalone role, the successful interim Payroll Manager will be have a have at least 5+ years working in a fast paced payroll team where they have been hands on in processing international payroll. This will be a remote role so you must have the ability to work autonomously and be effective with time management and query resolution. Strong systems experience is a must, however if you have experience working with Deel this would hugely advantageous.

You must be immediate or on a 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:

This interim Payroll Manager ole will be paying £300-375 per day via an umbrella company, dependant on experience.
