About the role

Barnardo's Irvine seeks a dedicated Youth Employability Worker to support a caseload of 16-24 year olds moving into work, education or training. You’ll work in the community and at our Irvine centre, developing action plans, building relationships and guiding participants on their employability journey.

Strong recording and administration skills are required. You’ll manage your own diary as part of a small team, and a driving licence would be an advantage.
