About the role

Line Up Aviation is seeking a Building and Construction Project Manager for a 12-month contract. The role covers end-to-end delivery from feasibility to handover, based on client requirements and tight schedules.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure documentation and safety standards are met. The position is fully onsite in Belfast with standard 36-hour weeks.
