Exciting opportunity for a PrivateClient lawyer with strong COP experience
Private Client Senior Associate / Legal Director - Suffolk with hybrid working
Client
A well-established firm with a strong client base in East Anglia, London and further afield
Role
- Advising clients on a wide range of Private Client matters but with a particular focus on Court of Protection and elderly/vulnerable client work
- Working on matters including making/challenging COP applications, capacity assessments, care fee advice/challenges and shared housing arrangements
- Manage and mentor junior lawyers
- Play an active role in growing the practice
You
- Senior solicitor or Legal Director level
- Strong experience in COP and elderly/vulnerable client work
- STEP qualification/ Lifetime Lawyer accreditation an advantage
