My client are a forward thinking, international business who are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team in Manchester City Centre.

As an Administration Assistant your duties will include:
* Printing/Binding/Filing/Photocopying
* Arranging and booking travel
* Assisting to arrange company events
* Booking meeting rooms
* Sorting and documenting incoming post
* Preparing file and bundles
As an Administration Assistant you will have the following skills:
* Previous Administration experience is ideal
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work to deadlines
