Residential Property Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well regarded regional law firm in the East Midlands for a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer / Senior Paralegal to join their team in Kettering. This opportunity offers the opportunity to be a key part of an established and growing team and is rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the role

Daily tasks of the Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer / Senior Paralegal in this role will include:

- Conduct of a Residential Property caseload including sales and purchases (including leasehold and newbuild), re-mortgages, equity release and transfer of equity

- Supervision of junior Paralegals

- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers

About You

Given the nature of the work, you will be either a qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer or Senior Paralegal with, as a guide, at least 6 months' experience gained in Residential Property matters.

You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a real passion for Residential Property work.
