MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – EDINBURGH 🔧🏢 📍 Large Residential Development 💰 Up to £30,000 🕒 Monday – Friday 🏢 Static Site Role FM Search & Select are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join a large residential development in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a maintenance, FM, handyman, or building services background looking for a stable, long-term static site role within a modern residential environment. Working as part of the on-site team, you will be responsible for ensuring the building and communal areas are maintained to a high standard while providing excellent service to residents and visitors. The Role Duties will include: ✔️ Carrying out general planned and reactive maintenance ✔️ Basic plumbing, joinery, and fabric repairs ✔️ Minor electrical maintenance and repairs ✔️ Painting and decorating touch-ups ✔️ Supporting contractors on site ✔️ Carrying out site inspections and reporting defects ✔️ Maintaining communal areas to a high standard ✔️ Responding to maintenance requests from residents and management teams Requirements ✔️ Previous maintenance / handyman / FM experience ✔️ Good all-round building maintenance knowledge ✔️ Strong customer service and communication skills ✔️ Ability to work independently and manage workload ✔️ Reliable and proactive attitude ✔️ Full UK Driving Licence preferred Package 💰 Salary up to £30,000 DOE 🏢 Static site role 📅 Monday – Friday working pattern 📈 Long-term progression opportunities 🏙️ Modern residential environment For more information, please submit your CV
