This leading UK managing agent is looking for a Facilities Manager on a Fixed‑Term Contract for 12- months to join their team and support operations across a central London portfolio. They’re seeking someone who is genuinely passionate about Facilities Management, with a strong technical flare and a proactive, forward‑thinking mindset. On this flagship portfolio, innovation and continuous improvement are essential. The portfolio consists of a mix of commercial and retail buildings, with the FM overseeing approximately 8–10 properties. As the Facilities Manager, you’ll play a key role in estate operations - overseeing day‑to‑day FM delivery, ensuring full health & safety compliance, and maintaining exceptional service standards across the portfolio.
