Stock Condition Surveyor roles and responsibilities
* Undertake internal and external stock condition surveys across domestic housing properties including houses, flats, maisonettes, and communal areas.
* Assess building components, identify defects, and record condition data including remaining asset life and health & safety concerns.
* Capture photographic evidence and accurately complete survey information using mobile surveying software and asset management systems.
Stock Condition Surveyor requirements
* Previous experience carrying out stock condition surveys, building inspections, or property assessments within social housing or residential environments.
* Good knowledge of housing construction types, including traditional and non-traditional/system-built properties.
* Strong understanding of HHSRS, Decent Homes Standards, and general building maintenance practices.
