Measurement and Technical Compliance Engineer

We are looking for a Measurement and Technical Compliance Engineer for an on-site and office auditing, monitoring, assessment and verification of measured quantities and technical compliance with contracts, processes and standards within Highways schemes. This is an opportunity for someone with experience within Highways that would like to work on-site and gain exposure to construction.

Responsibilities

• Measurement Reports
• OI Review Reports
• Monitoring Reports
• Contribute to Monthly Reports
• Contribute to Annual Report
• General Site Visits (inc CDM/H&S checks)
• Ad Hoc IRIS data requests
• Assist in Winter and Incident Response Reviews
• Attend Measurement meetings

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Significant experience in both on-site and office assessment and verification of measured quantities and compliance with contracts, processes and standards within Highways
• Demonstrable significant knowledge of maintenance and construction works associated with the construction, management and maintenance of a roads network
