Cardiff Met Sport is seeking an Aquatic Development Manager to lead and coordinate aquatic provision across Cardiff in partnership with leisure providers, coaches and charities. You will guide decision making, allocate funds and support workforce development and school engagement.

You’ll bring strong communication and stakeholder management, experience in inclusive sport provision, and capability to use data for strategic planning in a changing landscape.
