We're looking for a passionate Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a stable, nurturing home where young people can thrive. The Role This is a hands-on leadership position combining shift leading, team development, and operational oversight. You will play a key role in ensuring children receive consistent, high-quality, trauma-informed care.
