Job Evaluator - Multiple Roles Available

6-month contract 📍 Hybrid working pattern Hays are currently recruiting a number of experienced Job Evaluators to join a high-profile programme on an interim 6-month contract. This is a pivotal opportunity to work at the centre of a large-scale job evaluation initiative, helping to ensure fair, transparent, and accurate role assessments that will shape the future organisational structure. The Role In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a structured and consistent job evaluation process across the organisation. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, gather and refine job information, and help maintain momentum across a fast-paced, high-impact project. Key Responsibilities Proactively engage with managers and employees to obtain accurate, complete, and high-quality job information Support the preparation of job descriptions and person specifications Ensure consistency of messaging, approach, and expectations across the organisation Monitor and chase progress throughout the evaluation cycle to ensure deadlines and targets are met Coordinate meetings, document actions, and keep stakeholders informed at all stages. Support the wider Job Evaluation Team to drive delivery of a high-pressure, high-profile programme. Contribute positively to a collaborative, target-driven team culture Maintain strong attention to quality assurance and data managementWe are looking for candidates who are: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Confident, engaging with and influencing stakeholders at all levels Experienced in job evaluation processes, ideally within a large or public-sector organisation Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
