3D Structural Designer – POS & Packaging South East London / Kent border £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) Do you know how to turn cardboard into clever, commercial design? We’re working with a specialist production business creating structural packaging and retail display solutions for a range of brands — and they’re looking for a hands-on 3D Structural Designer / Cardboard Engineer who understands how ideas translate into real-world builds. What the Structural Designer will be doing: * Designing cardboard structures & packaging solutions from concept through to production * Developing creative POS, FSDU and packaging designs * Producing prototypes and refining designs for manufacture * Working closely with production, design, and client teams * Optimising materials and ensuring designs are cost-effective and buildable The Cardboard Designer they're looking for: * Experience in structural design (cardboard / packaging / POS) * Strong understanding of materials, construction & manufacturing processes * Ability to take ideas from concept prototype production * Detail-driven with a practical, problem-solving mindset * Comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment If you enjoy bringing designs to life and seeing them on shelf, this is a great opportunity to be part of a business where your work has real impact
