THE ROLE:

Keen to grow their business services this progressive practice is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to play a key role in driving the growth and success of the commercial property practice in Essex, contributing to the firm's overall success and reputation. Key responsibilities include as the team grows and develops, developing the team in Essex and providing guidance and support to members within team, collaborating with other partners and teams effectively, develop and maintain strong client relationships as well as have your own diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions / clients.



THE CANDIDATE:

As the appointed Commercial Property Partner, you will ideally have a network of contacts / connections who will be able to instruct you on future matters. With substantial commercial property experience gained within the Essex market, you will be well versed in advising across the broad remit of real estate including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leasing and development work. The firm are committed to client satisfaction and ensuring their employees work within a supportive and collegiate work environment. Demonstrated business development success and a strong network in the Essex business community is a must for this role.
