Supervisor

Ganger / Supervisor We're looking for a hands-on Ganger to lead a small team delivering drainage network works across Sussex. You'll oversee daily site operations including excavations, repairs, and installations-ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities include risk assessments, coordinating labour and materials, maintaining records, and supervising safe use of plant and equipment. About You Proven experience in groundworks or utilities Strong leadership and communication skills Good understanding of Health & Safety Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Physically fit for manual work Essential Full UK driving licence Desirable: NRSWA (Streetworks) CAT & Genny
