You’ll join a multidisciplinary office with a strong presence across public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, and defence markets. Key Responsibilities Lead, grow, and shape a quantity surveying (pqs) team within the Liverpool office Drive business development, client engagement, and long-term relationship management Support expansion into emerging sectors and help embed newly introduced service lines Prepare and deliver business plans, financial forecasts, and growth strategies Oversee recruitment, team structure, and resource planning Deliver high-quality professional PQS services and provide technical leadership. Skills & Experience Required MRICS with substantial post-qualification experience. Strong consultancy background within a leadership capacity. Commercially minded with a proven ability to win work and develop client relationships.
