Site Supervisor

Force Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a residential housing developer working across new build developments in Brighton and surrounding areas. The role will involve supporting the Site Manager in delivering high-quality housing projects from groundwork through to completion. Key Responsibilities * Supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractors * Support the Site Manager with daily site operations * Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with regulations * Carry out quality checks and snagging inspections * Coordinate trades and materials on site * Maintain accurate site records and reports Requirements * Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager * Residential new build experience preferred * SSSTS or SMSTS qualification * Valid CSCS card * Strong leadership and communication skills * Good understanding of health & safety compliance * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer * Competitive salary and bonus scheme * Long-term residential projects * Career progression opportunities * Pension scheme If this postion is of interest to you, please could you get in touch with the contact details provided below
