Working within a 24/7 emergency operations centre, you'll support essential services including: ๐Ÿšจ Emergency calls (999 / 112) ๐Ÿ“– Directory enquiries ((phone number removed)) ๐Ÿง Relay UK servicesAs a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for callers in urgent and often distressing situations. You'll remain calm, gather vital information, and connect callers to the right emergency service quickly and efficiently.
