Midlands Area | Remote with Travel
£50,000 per annum | Full Time - 37.5 Hours
Are you passionate about developing people and driving a culture of continuous learning?
We are recruiting for an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner - Education to join a dedicated Talent & Development team supporting education, care and therapeutic services.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Learning & Development within the Education sector. Candidates may previously have been teachers but must now have solid L&D experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers to identify learning and development needs
Deliver engaging training and workshops
Manage LMS training records and compliance reporting
Support apprenticeship programmes and external providers
Drive staff capability, progression and professional development
Support compliance and Ofsted-related learning requirementsRequirements
Experience within Learning & Development in Education
LMS and training delivery experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of apprenticeships and compliance training
CIPD Level 5 desirableWhy Join?
