Receptionist – Full‑Time (Wednesday–Sunday) Hours: • Wednesday–Saturday: 10am–7pm • Sunday: 10am–5pm Location: Hinckley Salary: £28,089 We are looking for a confident and customer‑focused Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our busy dealership. This front‑of‑house role requires someone who can deliver exceptional service, communicate clearly, and remain resilient during busy periods. You’ll ensure every visitor receives a friendly, professional and efficient experience from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities Greeting customers and providing a warm, professional welcome Handling incoming calls, enquiries and appointment bookings Supporting the sales team with admin tasks and customer updates Maintaining a tidy, organised reception and showroom area Managing customer check‑ins, paperwork and general front‑desk duties What We’re Looking For Strong customer service skills with a positive, approachable manner Excellent communication, both face‑to‑face and over the phone Resilient, calm and professional during busy or challenging moments Well‑organised with good attention to detail Reliable, punctual and comfortable working weekends Ready to Apply?
