You will gain invaluable experience across various key stages, deliver targeted intervention groups, and cover planned lessons across the curriculum. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Whole class cover: Deliver pre - planned lessons for absent teachers, mamanging classroom behaviour and ensuring continuity of learning 🔹 Targeted Interventions: Lead small group sessions in core subjects (Maths and Literacy) to accelerate pupil progress 🔹 PPA cover: Provide planning, Prep, and Assessment (PPA) cover giving you real teaching experience while allowing you to learn from experienced staff What we are looking for: ✔ Qualfied Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised HLTA qualification ✔ Confident and adaptable classroom presence with excellent behaviour management skills ✔ Up to date knowledge of the Primary curriculum ✔ An enthusiastic approach to professional development and desire to take on increased responsibility If you are looking for a rewarding role where you can support young learners and develop your experience, we would love to hear from you.
