I'm currently supporting an innovative engineering organisation working on highly advanced electronic and embedded technology projects within a safety-critical environment.

They’re looking for a Senior Electronic Design Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering cutting-edge hardware and FPGA solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

▪ FPGA firmware development using VHDL/Verilog

▪ Embedded systems development

▪ Full product lifecycle involvement from requirements through to integration & verification

▪ Digital & analogue electronic circuit design

▪ PCB schematic capture/layout support using Altium

▪ Technical leadership & mentorship within the engineering team

What they’re looking for:

Strong FPGA development experience (Intel Quartus / AMD Vivado)

Solid background in digital electronics & embedded systems

Experience across the full engineering lifecycle

Understanding of PCB design & real-time systems

Strong communication and problem-solving xwzovoh skills

Desirable:

Exposure to MATLAB, Python or C

Experience within complex or safety-critical engineering environments
