Warehouse Operative About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations between the yard, production, and warehouse areas. £13.65 per hour Rotating shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 14:00 – 22:00 22:00 – 06:00 Key Responsibilities Strapping raw materials and work-in-progress returned from production Assisting with de-boarding OPP pallets Emptying stillages in line with de-stilling schedules Wrapping and strapping finished goods ready for dispatch Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Completing warehouse cleaning tasks in line with IMS/ISO/BRCGS standards Emptying production and warehouse bins into the compactor Supporting with basic admin and computer tasks Health & Safety Responsibilities Reporting any near misses or accidents Using PPE correctly at all times Following all health & safety policies and warehouse rules Keeping fire exits and walkways clear at all times What We’re Looking For A reliable and proactive team player Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Willingness to work rotating shifts Basic computer skills (desirable) Additional Information You will report to the Team Leader and Warehouse Manager Participation in team meetings may be required If you’re looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we’d love to hear from you!
