Job Title: Part-Time Admin Support (Xero & Finance Assistant) Location: Inverness Salary: £13.65 per hour Job Type: Part Time, temporary What’s on Offer: Salary: £13.65 per hour Working pattern: 2 days per week (8 hours total), 10am–2pm Benefits: Flexible working days, ongoing contract Career development: Opportunity to build experience in finance/admin and Xero Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks • Process invoices and expenses using Xero accounting software • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation • Support general bookkeeping and finance admin duties • Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders as required Requirements: Essential • Experience using Xero accounting software • Confident handling invoices and expense processing • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Previous admin or finance support experience Desirable • Basic bookkeeping knowledge • Experience working in a small business environment About You: • Organised, reliable and self-motivated • Comfortable working independently • Strong communication skills • Able to manage workload efficiently within limited hours • Detail-focused with a methodical approach How to Apply: For any questions ahead of applying, contact Lauren at Global Highland
