General Builder

A client of mine who is a Housing Association and Property Maintenance Care company are currently looking for an experienced General Builder to work as part of their Property Repairs Team covering the Oxfordshire area. Duties: Repairing brickwork and blockwork. All types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels. Re-pointing, minor rendering, tiling and cement works. Roofing and roof repairs, roof problem solving, assessing roof integrity and guttering repairs. Digging underground drainage, repairing collapsed pipework and installing soakaways.
