Description The interim Head of Sourcing and Supply Chain will: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Oversee procurement and inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels. Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain objectives with business goals. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective pricing and timely delivery of goods and services. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence. Identify and manage risks within the supply chain to ensure business continuity.Profile The successful Head of Sourcing and Supply Chain should have: A strong background in procurement and supply chain management within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Proven ability to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies. Experience in building and maintaining supplier relationships.
