HR Services Team Lead (Hybrid, 6-Month Contract)

Project People in Glasgow is seeking an experienced HR Services Team Leader to head a high-performing People Services team. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle and ensuring service levels are met. The successful candidate will coach around 6 HR Advisors and Administrators, manage escalations, and produce reporting to support HR initiatives and organisational change.
