HR Administrator Location: Margate Salary: £27,000 per annum Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our team in Margate. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
Managing employee records and maintaining HR systems
Assisting with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding
Preparing contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation
Supporting payroll data input and absence tracking
Handling employee queries in a professional and confidential manner
Assisting with HR projects and compliance tasks
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
