Multi Trade Plumber Location: Swindon Salary: £38,090 per annum Job Type: Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Plumber to join a leading property services contractor operating within the social housing sector in the Swindon area. The Role As a Multi Trade Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works within occupied and void residential properties. You will also complete basic multi-trade duties as required to support the wider repairs service. The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently Complete basic multi-trade works including: Carpentry Tiling Patch plastering Decorating Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard Accurately record completed works and materials used Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and residents Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (essential) Previous experience in domestic maintenance or social housing repairs Multi-trade maintenance experience Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively What's on Offer £38,090 annual salary Permanent full-time employment Company van provided Fuel card included Overtime opportunities available Stable and secure working environment
