Senior Quantity Surveyor Hinkley Point C, Somerset (Hybrid between Site, Bristol Offices & Home) Up to £95,000 + £5780 Car Allowance + Package 9-Day Fortnight Travel & Accommodation Support Available We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading engineering mechanical and electrical services contractor delivering critical works on Hinkley Point C. This is a key commercial leadership role responsible for managing contractual, commercial and financial performance across major engineering and construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project leadership and senior stakeholders to drive commercial success and maximise project value. The Role You will lead commercial and contractual activities throughout the project lifecycle, providing commercial guidance to project teams while ensuring contractual obligations, risk management processes and commercial strategies are effectively implemented. Key Responsibilities Commercial Management | Contract Administration | NEC & JCT Contracts | Change Management | Risk Management | Final Accounts | Supply Chain Management | Forecasting & Reporting * Lead commercial strategy across major projects * Manage contract administration and contractual risk * Oversee valuations, applications for payment and cashflow management * Lead variation management and change control processes * Manage subcontractor procurement and commercial performance * Negotiate and agree final accounts * Produce and present commercial reports and forecasts * Provide commercial advice to project teams and senior leadership Requirements * Quantity Surveying Qualification * 5+ Years Quantity Surveying Experience * NEC & JCT Contract Experience (NEC3/NEC4) * Strong Commercial Acumen * Subcontract Management Experience * Excellent Negotiation & Stakeholder Skills Why Apply?
